The first thing you will need to do is to register for an account. It is quick and easy. Simply go to the top of this page and click on the login tab. To create an account click on the icon that looks like a business card with a green + beside it. It looks like the image below - you can also click on the image below to register.


Once you have completed that step, you will have an option in the right menu titled Monthly Forms Submission. From this page you will be able to upload your paperwork. Once submitted you will be notified by email of a successful transmission. Once you have that email you can be assured the team has recieved your paperwork.
